●Promoting the implementation of projects in various fields aimed at improving the quality of distance learning in Ukraine.

● Cooperation and consolidation of efforts aimed at improving the situation in Ukraine in terms of improving the quality of distance learning in Ukraine, including participation in the development of criteria for assessing the quality of distance content for educational institutions of different levels, etc.

● Building public support, education in the field of distance and/or blended learning, sharing experience in this area, developing it in territorial communities, as well as expanding access to high-quality, up-to-date educational content for all Ukrainian students, including socially vulnerable groups, and meeting the need of society for quality distance education.

● Cooperation with government agencies and local governments to support the initiatives of the Committee members to introduce modern forms of quality distance learning, including on the basis of public-private partnerships.

● Promoting the use of distance learning in various fields of education, including monitoring and other studies of the quality results of students.

●Preparation of methodological recommendations and other information materials necessary for the Committee's work.

● Ensuring the coverage of information on the promotion of its own and joint activities with partners.

● Protecting the interests of the Committee members before state authorities, local self-government bodies, etc.

● Participation in the organisation and conduct of educational activities (lectures, seminars, consultations, other events) for citizens of Ukraine, members of the Committee, representatives and participants (members) of other public associations, which should be aimed at analysing and explaining existing economic and political problems, including problems of development of the science of international law, finding ways to solve them, improving the state and level of public awareness of programmes, trends, problems and prospects of economic and political development, and a wider range of elated issues of both theoretical and applied nature.

● Involvement of Ukrainian citizens, foreigners and stateless persons in the Committee's programmes.

● Establishment of permanent relations, exchange of experience and various forms of cooperation with other associations of Ukrainian citizens, including professional associations and organisations, business entities, political parties, international and foreign NGOs.
