Problem and Solution:
The University of Future Transformation and the Vocational College are tackling the problem of education failing to meet the current needs of the labour market and the lack of practical experience among graduates. We combine innovative educational programmes, a personalised approach, dual education and close collaboration with the business sector. Even whilst studying, students undertake work placements at partner companies, gaining their first professional experience and accessing career opportunities. Our mission is to train the specialists and leaders of the future who will realise their potential and contribute to the development of Ukraine and their home region.
Products and Services:
Educational programmes at vocational colleges and universities in the fields of automation and robotics, marketing, management, psychology, social work and public administration. Dual education, work placements, career support and partnership programmes with employers. A careers centre offering training and advice, and the Roof youth space for learning, development and networking amongst young people.
Audience:
Pupils in Years 8–11, school leavers, college and university students, young professionals at the start of their careers, young people aged 14–25 from the Chernihiv region who are keen to develop their careers, as well as employers and businesses interested in training skilled staff and developing dual education.
Investment proposal:
The University of Future Transformation is open to attracting investment and grant funding to scale up innovative education in Ukraine. Investment will be directed towards the digital transformation of the educational process, the creation of state-of-the-art laboratories, the development of international partnerships, the launch of new educational programmes and the expansion of opportunities for students.

History and mission of University of Future Transformation
The idea of establishing the University of Future Transformation came to the founder whilst she was serving as rector of a private higher education institution. She sought to create a new format of education — one that was modern, digital, practice-oriented and closely aligned with the needs of young people and employers. The aim was not only to impart knowledge, but also to help students build successful careers whilst still studying. The first steps involved assembling a team of like-minded individuals, engaging leading academics, professors, doctors of science and practising experts, as well as developing educational programmes focused on the professions of the future and the real needs of the labour market.

Description of the learning culture:

Achievements:- 376 students are enrolled at the college and university.- Over 2.3 million views of advertising campaigns on Google and YouTube during 2025.- Over 1 million views on social media over the course of the year.- The introduction of work-study programmes, partnerships with employers and career support for students whilst they are still studying.
Success Stories:
The University of Future Transformation was established in response to the need for modern, practice-oriented education. Drawing on her experience of managing a higher education institution, the founder sought to create a new-generation university where academic knowledge is combined with practical experience, collaboration with the business world and the development of leadership skills. Even whilst studying, students undertake work placements, work on real-world case studies and build their own careers.

We aim to develop joint EdTech projects, find new partners, take part in international grant programmes and scale up innovative educational solutions. We place great importance on professional networking, sharing experiences and collaborating with members of the ecosystem who, together, are shaping the future of Ukrainian education.
