Problem and Solution:
Teenagers aged 9–15 lack the self-management skills (soft skills) needed for online learning and struggle with socialization. Parents, meanwhile, are burning out as they try to monitor their children’s academic progress without any teaching experience. Traditional schools do not bridge this gap, leaving families to deal with the problem on their own.
We offer a long-term coaching support program. Teens participate in daily micro-learning sessions and practice soft skills during live online sessions (flipped classroom). Parents are assigned a personal tutor who tracks progress and provides support, transforming stress into a productive partnership.
Products and Services:
The main product is a 12-month B2C subscription to tutoring support (“Family as a Service”). It includes: an assessment of the child’s skills, an ecosystem for developing soft skills (Telegram bots, gamification, live sessions in small groups), and regular coaching sessions for parents with a personal tutor.
Audience:
B2C. Target audience: proactive Ukrainian mothers (in Ukraine and the diaspora) who are concerned about their children’s education and are seeking professional support. End users: teenagers aged 9–15 who need to socialize and develop soft skills to adapt to hybrid or online learning.
Investment proposal:
NAVIA Soft Skills Academy is currently at the product validation stage, funded by founders’ own investments (€20,000). The team is focused not on raising capital, but on building a scalable business model: optimizing B2C unit economics, developing an efficient sales funnel, and systematizing tutor training processes. In the future, NAVIA plans to scale internationally, particularly to EU markets.
History and mission of NAVIA Soft Skills Academy
The idea was born out of the founder’s nearly 40 years of experience in creating innovative educational systems (the MUcamp project camp, “Miroschool,” and the “Prosto ZNO” platform). We’ve always dreamed of a “living textbook” and personalized education, where the child is an active creator rather than a passive listener.
Working with private schools and training tutors, we realized that what modern teenagers lack most is not knowledge, but self-management skills, while parents are burning out from stress. We combined the co-founders’ experience in developing an effective soft skills teaching methodology with marketing expertise in building a network of coding schools. This is how NAVIA was born—a methodology that integrates neuropedagogy, AI, and coaching support for the whole family.
Our mission is to raise a psychologically resilient generation of Ukrainian teenagers with well-developed soft skills, who will become the foundation for the recovery and innovative development of Ukraine’s future.
Company's values:
Our values are partnership, empathy, and effective learning.
Description of the learning culture:
We are building a culture where mistakes are part of growth. We combine deep neuropedagogy with innovation: we use AI for personalization and microlearning, creating a creative and safe space for children and parents to understand and learn from one another.
Achievements of the platform:
Since the pilot launch (February 1, 2026) – 200 leads and 10 clients.
Success Stories:
NAVIA has already demonstrated early traction: launching a pilot in February, generating over 200 leads and converting its first customers. The academy introduced a unique “family-as-a-service” model, combining подростковий development with parental coaching support. The product integrates neuropedagogy, gamification, and AI-driven personalization, creating a new approach to soft skills development.
Expectations from Collaboration:
NAVIA expects to gain access to a strong EdTech community, deep networking opportunities, and knowledge exchange with founders. Key priorities include identifying growth opportunities, gaining expertise in scaling the product, and support in entering international markets. The team is particularly interested in collaborations with other EdTech products and co-creating innovative solutions.
Open to partnerships:
NAVIA is open to partnerships with EdTech companies, online schools, educational platforms, and child development experts. Key areas of collaboration include integrating soft skills into educational products, co-developing learning programs, expanding tutoring models, and partnerships for entering new markets.
